With Acquisition of Beijing Yuho Hospital, Tahoe Group to Build 'Whampoa Military Academy' of Medical Sector

Recently, Tahoe Investment Group Co., Ltd. announced that it had completed the comprehensive acquisition of Beijing YuhoRehabilitation Hospital. This is the third hospital Tahoe has acquired, after its acquisition of a high-end maternity hospital and a large-scale, tertiary first-class hospital in Chengdu. At the same time, in Beijing Tahoe hasnow officially invested into its first operational hospital, and is continuously accelerating the pace of healthcareadvancements.
Beijing Yuho Hospital is a high-end tertiary general hospital set up in accordance with international standards, containing 350 beds and covering an area of 19,800 square meters, with a total construction area of 32,800 square meters. The hospital is operated in accordance with JCI standards, with advanced hardware facilities and medical technology. In the future, Yuho Hospital will focus on superior domestic and international specialists, and the use of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment methods with integrated Western and Chinese characteristics, with a special focus on tumor prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. Additionally, Yuho Hospital will introduce innovative salt therapy, hydrotherapy, and non-drug treatment centers to provide differentiated medical services.
According to a Tahoe Group representative, in the future Tahoe will continue to combine outstanding medical resources at home and abroad, and turn Yuho Hospital into a training base for advanced healthcare personnel, making it the 'Whampoa Military Academy' for Tahoe's healthcare division.
In recent years, Tahoe has made a stream of positive developments in the healthcare sector, receiving international attention. Last March, Tahoe acquired Alliance HealthCare Services, the leading U.S. healthcare outsourcing service provider. The following May, Tahoe signed a cooperative agreement with the International Department of Partners HealthCare to build a world-class general hospital in Beijing's Tongzhou District. This January, Tahoe reached a strategic agreement with Weill Cornell Medical College to build an international hospital in Shanghai's YangpuDistrict. Through the integration of the world's most advanced medical resources, Tahoe is expanding the scale of the healthcare field. Tahoe has already made great contributions to the advancement of healthcare, and plans to invest at least 50 billion RMB within the next five years in healthcare.
