Recently, Tahoe Investment Group Co., Ltd. officially announced that it completed the full acquisition of Lanhai Hospital in Chengdu, Sichuan. This is the second hospital Tahoe has acquired in Chengdu; previously, Tahoe successfully acquired a high-end maternity hospital in Chengdu.

　　Lanhai Hospital is a large, tertiaryfirst-class hospital, covering 51.4 mu, with a total construction area of 71,700 square meters and housing up to 600 beds. The hospital is conveniently situated in the center of Tianfu New Area in Chengdu, Sichuan, just 20 kilometers from the Chengdu city center at the junction of four highways. The hospital is adjacent to the Luhu Wetland Park, and possesses rare natural environmental resources.

　　Since last year, Tahoe has been making constant advancements in the healthcare field. At present, Tahoe has acquired the leading U.S. outsourcing healthcare service provider, Alliance HealthCare Services, and has further established strategic cooperative relations with Weill Cornell Medicine, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Partners HealthCare, and other well-known international healthcare agencies. In the future, Tahoe will integrate outstanding expert diagnostics and treatment resources to advance Lanhai Hospital's positioning and developmental direction, with specialized treatment in orthopedics, oncology, cardiology, rehabilitation and obstetrics and gynecology. 　　This year at the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Congress, CPPCC member and Tahoe Group Chairman Huang Qisen revealed in several media interviews that within the next five years, Tahoe will invest at least 50 billion RMB in healthcareservices. He said that although returns are comparatively slow in the healthcare industry, healthcare is beneficial for public welfare, and it will be able to have synergistic development with the insurance, real estate, and pension industries in the future, striving to provide the full supply chain of services for its homeowners including areascovering nearly every aspect of people's lives.

According to a Tahoe representative, this region will be a major focus of development for Tahoe into the future. In the next stage, Tahoe Medical will further penetrate the Chengdu marketplace, with plans to establish at least 20 healthcare institutions within ten years, thereby making a key breakthrough and radiating impact in the market structure and establishing the Tahoe healthcarebrand throughout the region.
