Recently, Tahoe Investment Group Co., Ltd. has executed the share transfer agreement with Sichuan Hengkang Development Co., Ltd. to hand over 100% of shares of Hengkang’s hospital management company. It is known that this share transfer has been completed and Tahoe Medical will build up a modern, international, high-end women and children hospital. At present, the Hospital's architectural design and medical programs have been released.
It is reported that the Hospital is a tertiary referral specialized hospital, located in Dongjiawan, Wuhou District, Chengdu and invested by Tahoe Medical Group. The Hospital is designed in accordance with the top hospital standard, with a total area of 28.8 mu and floor area of about 75,000 square meters, and containing 295 beds.
The Project is set for as a women and children hospital, stressing high quality and high standards, and thus mainly targeting the upper class in Chengdu and its neighborhoods. The Hospital will be built into a top one combining medical care and teaching and research, based on the technical support of PHI and Alliance Healthcare Services, Inc. Thus excellent medical quality and service will render the Hospital as a distinguished specialized hospital whose customers come from the whole Chengdu city and its and surrounding counties, and even the southwest region China.
