June 7 to 8, the US Nasdaq-listed company - Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc. held a board meeting in Los Angeles headquarters, which was the first meeting after the acquisition of Tahoe Investment Group. Huang Qisen, the founder of Tahoe Investment Group Co., Ltd., chairman of Tahoe Group and of today the chairman of Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc. Board of Directors (“Board”) attended the meeting.

This board meeting determined the future direction of the Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc. In addition to continuing to consolidate Alliance’s leading role in America healthcare market, the meeting also decided to make an active progress in China’s healthcare and seek development opportunities in Chinese market.

Mr. Huang stressed that Tahoe Investment Group, as a major shareholder from China, will give full play to Tahoe's advantages in finance, insurance and Healthcare resources and help the company achieve sustainable development, thus realizing the synergistic effect of the Group as a whole. Huang said that introduction of the international leading healthcare resources into China through Alliance will provide excellent healthcare services for employers of Tahoe and offer Chinese patients international top-ranking healthcare services and superior medical experience so that improve medical level of China.

On March 29th of this year, Tahoe Investment Group completed the acquisition of 51.5% share of Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc., and became a controlling shareholder of the US listed medical enterprise. Alliance is the leading supplier of American out-sourcing medical and health services, serving hospitals and medical institutions throughout the US. The company mainly operates radiation outpatient, oncotherapy and intervention services clinics independent from hospitals and medical institutions, as well as Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC). The company provides patients with medical services such as radiation diagnosis, oncotherapy and intervention and pain management through its subordinate imaging department, tumor radiotherapy department and intervention therapy department. Insiders generally believe that such acquisition will bring good irradiation treatment and oncotherapy services to China, providing international first-class medical services for domestic patients.
